REFUND POLICY

THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

Our estimated delivery time is between 3–7 business days (including processing time of 1–3 days).

If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please allow a little more time due to possible delays such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs processing.

If your order has not been delivered after 25 days, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos and send them to our customer support at:

After verification, you will have two options:

  • A replacement product sent to you
  • A full 100% refund

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN PRODUCT AFTER USE

You have 14 days after receiving your product to report any defect or malfunction.

If the product is faulty, you may return it to us (return shipping cost may apply depending on the case). After inspection, you will receive a refund in store credit, allowing you to reorder your product.

CHANGE OF MIND

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must be in resellable condition

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 14 days after delivery to request it.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days.

After verification, we will offer either:

  • Or a 100% refund
